11 elderly struggling to get pension since 3 years

65-year-old Pujar Dang has been trying to get his old age pension for past 3 years. He has met the Jan Sevak, Village Head and even the Ward member regarding his pension but is simply being made to travel from pillar to post. Pujar lives in Ramjadi Panra toli hamlet of Idega panchayat, where 10 more elderly are suffering the brunt of government apathy. Without a source of livelihood, the elderly find it extremely difficult to make the ends meet.

Community correspondent Warles Surin appeals viewers to call/message the Circle Officer and make him aware of the situation. A little more attention from him can help in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
